Sara Schultz is a Certified Professional Coach with a specialty in Health & Wellness, an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapist, and a Registered Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado. She graduated from Naropa University in Somatic Psychology and graduated with coaching certifications from both iPEC and Positive Pathways. She utilizes a blend of Somatic Psychotherapy, Jungian psychology, expressive arts therapy, life coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques to support individuals in healing, learning, and growing.

She specializes in working with individuals who wish to:

-discover their ideal body shape / size

-find a sustainable path towards health & wellness

-heal from eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, binge eating disorder, and ednos)

-gain body confidence & self-esteem

-learn healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, and panic

-navigate burnout and empathy/compassion fatigue

-heal and grow from past trauma

Sara is passionate about supporting individuals in finding their own unique healing path, and she offers plenty of tools to support sustainable and creative accomplishment of client treatment goals. In addition to traditional talk-based coaching and counseling, she also implements narrative techniques, active imagination, dreamwork, expressive arts and body-based interventions that are designed to support long-term healing and flourishing from the inside out.

She currently works in Lyons at the Stillwater Healing Arts Center on Mondays from 3pm-6pm and Wednesdays from 10am-1pm. She is also available for other appointment times by request and is available for counseling/coaching sessions over both phone and video.
